| August 15-17, 2003, Cedar Rapids, Iowa The dedicated youth and adults who form the Mi-Ki-Do Amateur Team competed in the National IKF Kickboxing Amateur Championships. They represented the East Coast region under the guidance of Master Mike Hess and Manager Maria Hess of Mi-Ki-Do Martial Arts in Alexandria, Virginia.
